Honestly, I should have passed on this one because I don’t own good running shoes but I hate to be the left out loser so here it is!
One thing I wanted to share or say about running – you don’t have to run to lose weight. I have a good friend (a guy) who lost over 100 pounds in a year just by walking and eating better. Seriously, he never went to a gym, never did anything extra, just walked 5-7 times a week and gave up eating out all the time. 100 POUNDS!!!!! That’s amazing! So, if you are having a hard time learning to run, or just hate to run period, WALK!!! It is just as beneficial!

ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree with you more that you don't have to run to lose weight. There are so many options when it comes to working out. Just a matter of finding what works for you. Have a good day. :)

I agree completely...I need to do more walking and realize it's just as good for me! I have found that when I walk it works a whole different set of let muscles, so I like doing intervals...I call it wogging! Haha cuz I'm walking and jogging, yeah I'm a nerd.
