I was given this recipe years ago, it’s a Weight Watchers one, and I’m sorry but I have no idea how many points it is (I was thinking maybe 2 points per slice?), but it is so dang yummy and definitely does NOT taste “good for you”. Ok, so it’s not good for you but it is low cal, and a dessert, so that’s a win-win in my book!
Peanut Butter Pie
1 fat-free pre-made graham cracker crust
1/2 c. reduced fat peanut butter
2 tubs fat-free whipped cream
Blend together the peanut butter and whipped cream, pour into pie crust. Throw into the freezer for at least 2 hours, until set.
Holy peanut butter yumminess! Sorry, no pics, but trust me when I say this is super delicious! It’s been a hit with everyone I’ve served it to.
